How We Reward Hard Work

02/07/2014

Our main focus at abbotFox is ensuring that all of our clients receive the best possible service during the often very stressful process of moving home. We do this through keeping our office open until 7pm during the week and also 7 days a week so that clients can contact us after work or whenever is best for them. Our office is also open 363 days a year which means that all of our properties receive maximum exposure to potential buyers. Our dedication and hard work has certainly paid off as in the two years we have been open we have grown to become the largest independent estate agent in Norwich and now encompass saleslettings and bespoke. Our office is based in the centre of Norwich and our team are local to the city which means that we have a huge amount of local knowledge and experience of selling houses across the region.

Working at abbotFox is hard work as we are a very proactive agent and pride ourselves on doing things deliberately different from the other estate agents in Norwich. However, the plus side to this is that hard work is very well rewarded and we ensure that our office is a fun place to work. For example we have just flown our top performers abroad for an annual overseas trip as a reward for the hard work our team has put in over the last few months. We also take our team out on regular nights out as well as to celebrate our abbotFox birthday each year. Every member of the team has an uncapped earning potential through performance related bonuses and there is always something going on in the office for the team to get involved in. Have a look at our Facebook and Pinterest pages to see all of the photos of our team.

We are always on the lookout for new and enthusiastic team members and we are currently recruiting for three new positions. So, if you are interested in working at abbotFox and becoming part of our growing team then please get in touch on 01603 660000 or email info@abbotfox.co.uk
