Thorpe St Andrew, the town we all love!

Are there are any downsides to living in Thorpe St Andrew?, we don’t think so, we believe it’s one of the most charming places to live.
Situated on the east of the city centre this town has plenty to offer, great shops, cafe’s, restaurants, takeaways and riverside pubs. The River Yare runs through Thorpe St Andrew, brilliant if you like to canoe or have a go at the pub and paddle, a popular type of pub crawl activity during the summer. At the heart of Thorpe St Andrew is the River Green where the local community meet up to feed the ducks and swans, as well as switch the Christmas lights on every year.

Families especially love Thorpe St Andrew due to its many outdoor spaces which include parks, playing fields and historic woods. The town has a good secondary school as well as primary schools, a Busy Bees Nursery and plenty of activities to offer after school.
There are a variety of houses in this gorgeous location, from the ultra-modern to a modest bungalow; however, it’s such a sought after town that there’s a bit of a waiting list.

Some of the homes that are currently available are:

Lime Tree House  Situated at the end of a private cul de sac and is well placed for the River Green (with a number of sailing facilities) and is just 2 miles east of Norwich city centre.

4 Bedroom sem-detached  which offers a generous living accommodation to complement the four bedrooms. This home has been thoughtfully extended, and retaining a sizeable, private rear garden, an ideal opportunity for any family looking to upsizeHome

Detached House in the popular development of Dussindale. Over the years Thorpe St Andrew has expaned eastwards in the shape of the Dussindale housing estate, which includes its own school, and Broadland business park.
