An Average Day At abbotFox - Inside The Office

Our previous blog post looked at what an average day at abbotFox outside the office involved and it proved to be very popular and so this time we thought we would share with you what a typical working day is like inside our office. First off there is the abbotFox team composed of sales, lettings, bespoke, after sales, marketing and admin who all work together in our single, Norwich based office. The office itself is always very busy as the team works until seven in the evening as well as over the weekend in order to accommodate the busy schedule of our clients. 



Our office is very welcoming with a huge wall display of our Location Magazines at the front as well as sofas for clients to come in and have an informal chat. This has proved very popular with clients because as an independent estate agency based in the city every member of our team knows Norwich and the local property market inside out which enables us to find the exact property our clients are looking for.



What makes us different to other estate agents in Norwich is our proactive approach and a typical day at abbotFox involves us making over 1,200 phone calls to house hunters across Norwich. Our sales, lettings and bespoke teams are also in and out of the office all day attending valuations and other appointments whilst ferrying clients to and from property viewings in our branded New York Taxi style Minis. Combined with all this in our office we have our marketing team who produce our Lifestyle monthly e-newsletter, Location magazine and content for our new website whilst also organising charity events across Norfolk.



As well as this social media plays an important part during an average day at abbotFox and is used to promote property advice and up to date market news to clients, engage with local residents and businesses and also to promote and raise awareness of charitable causes across Norfolk. We further use social media to share photos and videos from our office to highlight the latest abbotFox news and to give an insight into what working here is like. Social media is also used to run competitions, especially during seasonal holidays, to ensure that our office is a fun place to work.
