When moving to Norwich city from another part of the country it can be difficult to know where to start when it comes to looking for a property, many estate agents will just show clients around a list of properties currently on their books.

Our estate agents have been known to take clients on a drive all around the city to show them areas that may suit what they were looking for, of course, this was before the pandemic.
Once we had a family come up from London and we drove them around Thorpe Hamlet, Thorpe St Andrew, Trowse, Eaton, Cringleford and The Golden Triangle as these were the areas that most suited the type of property they were looking for. We then drove them out to Langley to look at Langley School as they were considering sending their children there. This is something we enjoy to do and we can't wait for when life gets back to normal so we can do it again.
We believe it's really helpful for new people to the city because they get a far better sense of the areas by seeing them in person than by simply looking through pictures online.
