Valentine's Day is just around the corner and love is on people's minds.

Valentine's Day can make people feel good and obviously brings their generous side out.

We are quite a romantic bunch here in the East of England and we like to give our streets love-linked names. At the last count, there were 109 street names all relating to love, making us the second most romantic region in the UK, the South East just beat us. Having a romantic street name can increase the value of your home, especially if the name contains the words, love, sweet, kissing or cupid. 

Here in Norwich, we have our very own Valentine Street, you can't get more romantic than that. 
If you're selling your home and live on a street with a romantic name then make the most of it, especially if you have viewings on Valentine's Day. 

If you don't have a romantic street name, it's ok, you can still get the Valentine's Day vibe.

Why not make a list of what you love about your home.

The little things you love about your home will probably be the things buyers will also love about it.
If you love the view from your kitchen window point it out to potential buyers. You might love the little sun trap in the garden where you sit reading a book in the summer.
